Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique. Give yourself
time to get the most benefit from this practice by preparing yourself and your environment before settling in. Turn your phone to silent (set an alarm if you need) and find yourself a comfortable place to lie down. Ensure that you will remain warm throughout the session, a light covering is useful in cool weather. Allow yourself to follow the guided instructions whilst lying still.
