Pilates sessions are based around the five STOTT Pilates principles of Breath, Pelvic Placement, Ribcage Placement, Scapula Stability and Mobility and Cervical Alignment.
Flow Yoga is designed to create fluid movement connecting each posture into a dance like practice. Often called Vinyasa yoga, this style requires good mobility, strength and knowledge of your own limitations. Modifications will be offered. The class finished with a meditative stillness to allow healing to wash through your body.
