AntiGravity classes use the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock to build upper body and core strength as well as spacial awareness. Each class includes time spent upside in decompressive inversions to assist with lengthening the spine.

It is recommended that you have a reasonable level of fitness and isn't appropriate during pregnancy or if you experience motion sickness.
