Sherrelle began her formal exploration of yoga after experiencing first hand the benefits that guided relaxation had on her mind and nervous system. Through her own practice over the years, she has developed an accessible style of teaching that is balanced in strength, flow, alignment & meditative stillness.
Always looking for ways to weave different modalities into each other, Sherrelle enjoys nothing more than sharing her passion for movement and mindfulness with her clients.
She sees the effectiveness of Pilates exercises to improve posture, lengthen and strengthen muscles as well as encourage flexibility, to be second to none.
As an AntiGravity Yoga and Pilates instructor, her experience as a circus aerialist helps her to articulate the essential information about how to move efficiently in the air. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of inversions and enjoys assisting people with the exhilarating practice of being upside down.
Sherrelle’s teaching style is intuitive and nourishes the hidden strengths of her students whilst challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations. You will leave her classes feeling enlivened, awakened and renewed.
